Easter!

The Easter Bunny came to our house this year! I'm sure Reese had no idea what was going on, but we had to start some traditions! No egg hunt this year, but maybe next year! Here are some pictures of Reese with all her Easter goodies. We bought the basket liner at Pottery Barn and then searched all over town for a basket it would fit. We finally found one, but Elliott had to spray paint it white to coordinate.
Reese got a ball, Leapster Pal Violet, an Easter book, spoons, a duck stuffed animal (from one of my students, Kate), some new pajamas, and a squishy book with photos of her family. Lucky girl!
What are you doing to me?
Pancakes and eggs I made for Elliott. I'm not sure he was as impressed as I was. :-)

Can I go back to bed now?

We went to church with my parents and my brother and then headed over to their house for lunch afterwards. The night before Easter I made our traditional bunny rolls and we dyed eggs to decorate the table. Someday soon Reese will be able to share in those fun traditions.

Here's a family picture from Easter day at my parent's house. Reese had a bit of a cold, so she looks a little squinty-eyed, but still as beautiful as ever.
