One year ago, early in the morning, on the first day of 2012, we were blessed with a beautiful, healthy, baby girl. We had no idea how this 8 lb. 2 oz. child would change our lives. From the moment I first saw you, I was in love. From your dark hair to your big brown eyes to your silly personality and even that feisty-ness (you must have gotten that one from me)---I love every bit of you!
Looking back a year later, I cannot imagine living my life without you. You are now the center of our lives. I realize now how incomplete my life was before you. I look forward to every day I get to spend with you and every milestone I get to witness. I also look forward to being someone you can count on to help you through your journeys, listen to you, advise you, comfort you, and most importantly, love you unconditionally. I can't wait to see what amazing things you do with your life!
